InVision is a new UI prototyping tool that’s getting a fair bit of buzz.
It’s great to be able to prototype experiences with the same tools that we use to design them, at the same fidelity. The demo focusses entirely on button click interactions and so does the high-fidelity prototype on the website. No functioning text-fields, drop downs, check-boxes etc.
At this stage it looks like a great tool for the visual design-copywriting phase of prototyping. Collaboration is definitely valuable. Not so great for usability or functionality.

Wirify is a neat little tool that converts any webpage into its basic wireframe. It’s a great way to reference existing sites and analyse their grid and content layout.
This is the New York Times homepage wirified.
